Author Biography

Mary Bray Wheeler is the author of five books, including Hidden Glory and Chosen Exile. During her extensive publishing career, Wheeler served as researcher, writer, and editor, and retired as vice president of Providence Publishing Corporation in 2002. A longtime friend of Eugenia Price, Wheeler also assisted Price with historical research for her novels. Wheeler holds a degree in American Studies from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, and lives in Nashville.
