The purpose of this book: As the sole owner of my health and wellness coaching business, Total Fitness & Nutrition, I've written this book to share with readers insights into my basic wellness philosophy as well as concrete steps you can take on your path to optimal health. The book includes meal plans, recipes, exercises, and testimonials, and at the back you will find templates you can use to take my tips and resources and put them into action in your own life.
What I do and promote is quite simple, and I want others to benefit. It is extremely important for you to be well. Without good health, you cannot live the incredible life you were born to live.
This book will give you the tools to start figuring out what works best for you, as well as a framework for holding yourself accountable to your own goals for improving your nutrition and creating a healthy lifestyle. It brings me joy to know that I am helping people understand and limit the unhealthy foods that can and do cause inflammation and could cause sickness and disease.
