Jane Shewmaker Hale lives in Buffalo, Missouri. She is the mother of four sons and the grandmother of 10 grandchildren. She is the author of a series of children's mystery books, The Land series of Holiday Mysteries.She is an active partner in the family fireworks business and owns and operates a small strip mall.Writing is her passion. Her love of family finds its way on to the pages of her manuscripts.
