He still serves Franklin Covey as a senior advisor on leadership, and he currently hosts the Franklin Covey podcast, OnLeadership with Scott Miller, the world’s largest weekly leadership podcast. 

Todd Davis, FranklinCovey’s Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, has been entertaining and inspiring people for more than twenty-five years, with his deep understanding of leadership, employee engagement, and talent management.
