Author Biography

Michael F. Russell, M.Div., holds a B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and received his master's of divinity at Eastern Seminary, Philadelphia. Currently he is the pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Blairstown, New Jersey, where he resides Amy Wall is a freelance writer. She also works as a producer for CBS News in New York City and is the author of two previous books. She lives in Hoboken, NJ
