Martin Lodge is Professor of Political Science and Public Policy at the Department of Government and at the Center for Analysis of Risk and Regulation of the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. His research interests are in executive politics, regulations, and comparative public policy and administration. Kai Wegrich is Professor of Public Administration and Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin, Germany. His research interests are in executive politics, public management and regulation.
