Sarah Herrington is a writer and yoga specialist living in New York City. Featured in Oprah Magazine and the New York Daily News, her first yoga title, Om Schooled, was praised by yoga luminaries as an invaluable resource for teaching yoga to children. Her second book, Essential Yoga, was published by Fairwinds.
