Katrina Bramstedt, Ph.D., trained at Loma Linda University, UCLA, and Monash University. Dr. Bramstedt is an associate professor at Bond University School of Medicine (Queensland, Australia) specializing in medical ethics, and she has a private practice encompassing clinical ethics, transplant ethics, and research ethics (www.AskThe Ethicist.com; www.TransplantEthics.com). She was formerly on the faculty of The Cleveland Clinic. She has conducted more than 800 ethics consultations and written more than 75 journal articles and book chapters.
