Author Biography

Dr Rob Haworth is a founder of the Three Peaks yacht race, was medical adviser to both Virgin Atlantic Challenges, and the chief doctor on the 1991 Everest Marathon. He has been a crew member and the medical adviser to the Barmouth Lifeboat for over 20 years and was awarded the RNLI Silver Medal for bravery.
