Author Biography

Stephen S. Owen is Professor of Criminal Justice at Radford University.

Henry F. Fradella is Professor and Associate Director of the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University.

Tod W. Burke is a retired Professor of Criminal Justice at Radford University and a former police officer.

Jerry W. Joplin is Professor Emeritus of Justice and Policy Studies at Guilford College and a former correctional counselor and administrator.
