Author Biography

Paul C. Light (New York, NY) is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Public Service at the Wagner School of Business at New York University and holds the Dillon Chair at the Brookings Institution. He is a regular commentator on NPR's "Morning Edition" and a well-known public speaker who addressed more than 10,000 people in 2003.
