Author Biography

Charles Cobb's extensive background is based on a unique combination of more than 18 years of experience in the information technology industry, 10 years of experience in quality management and business process improvement roles, and 3 years of experience in a systems engineering role. He holds a BS from the United States Air Force Academy, an MSEE from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from Northeastern University, as well as a Certificate in Advanced Management from Babson College. Mr. Cobb is one of the Managing Partners of The Business Excellence Group, a consulting organization dedicated to helping companies achieve excellence in their business. He has provided training and consulting services to numerous companies on large worldwide business process improvement efforts involving definition and standardization of business processes based on international quality standards, as well as the design and implementation of information systems.
