Author Biography

Elisabeth McDonald is an associate professor at the School of Law at Victoria University of Wellington. She is the co-author of The Evidence Act 2006. Yvette Tinsley is an associate professor at the School of Law at Victoria University of Wellington. She is the co-author of The Evidence Act 2006 and the of author of Evidence in Criminal Proceedings.
