Author Biography

Susan Smalley, PhD, is the Founder and Director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA and lives in Beverly Hills, California.

Diana Winston, a former Buddhist nun who has been practicing mindfulness since 1989, is the Director of Mindfulness Education at UCLA’s MARC. She lives in Santa Monica, California.
