Author Biography

Adrian Wilkinson is Director of the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing at Griffith University, Australia. His recent research has encompassed employee participation and voice, and comparative and international employment relations. He has written nine books, over 100 articles in refereed journals as well as numerous book chapters and other papers. Keith Townsend is Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing as well as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources at Griffith University, Australia. He has published four books and more than 30 journal articles on employment relations.
