Originating in a conference organised by the Centre for European Legal Studies (CELS),Cambridge in July 1999, this book contains a number of pieces on the highly topical issue of the reform of the European judicial system. Alan Dashwood CBE QC is Emeritus Professor of European Law and Fellow of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.
Angus Johnston is University Lecturer in Law at the University of Cambridge and Director of Studies in Law at Trinity Hall, Cambridge.
