Sue Campbell may be the current Director of Women's Football at the FA, having presided over a blossoming of the sport, but she's always been a trailblazer. Sue has been creating change all her life. Because it was as a young PE teacher on Manchester's Moss Side that she first saw the power of sport to transform lives, when she persuaded a hard-to-reach class of girls to start their own dance troupe.
