Author Biography

Dr. Gareth Rowlands was a research geneticist at the University of Wales Aberystwyth and later at the Welsh Plant Breeding Station where he worked on cereal breeding and on field beans. He then joined Unilever Research at Colworth House where he was responsible for breeding vegetables for the food business worldwide.
