Author Biography

James Mayhew is an English illustrator and author of children’s books, a storyteller, artist, and concert presenter/live art performer. His works include the Katie and Ella Bella Ballerina series, as well as the classic children’s story The Knight Who Took All Day and the Mouse and Mole series. Zeb Soanes is a familiar voice on the airwaves and works as a newsreader for BBC Radio 4, most notably of the Six O'Clock News and the Shipping Forecast. Gaspard the Fox was his first work for children, followed by its sequel, Gaspard (Best in Show).
