Cecelia Kempler is Director of the Barry Kaye School of Finance, Insurance and Economics at Florida Atlantic University. Michel Flame is the Vice-President of the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Commission of Belgium; after having chaired the Executive Committee of the International Association of Industries Supervisors, he is currently Chair of its Audit Committee; he is also Chair of the Peer Review Panel of CEIOPS. Charles C. Yang is Assistant Professor at the Barry Kaye School of Finance, Insurance and Economics at Florida Atlantic University. Paul Windels is Auditor at the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Commission of Belgium and Assistant Professor in Finance and Risk Management at the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel.
