Summary

Author Biography

Roy Chester was the Proudman Professor of Oceanography at the University of Liverpool and is widely published in the field of science. He has served as a lay member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal for more than 25 years. He is the author of Anger Man and The Toy Breaker.
