Author Biography

Catherine Lloyd Burns is the author of It Hit Me like a Ton of Bricks: A Memoir of a Mother and Daughter (FSG, 2007). She has appeared in numerous TV shows, including Law and Order and Malcolm in the Middle, and in many films—most recently, Adult World. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, daughter, and dog, Shirley. The Good, the Bad & the Beagle is her first book for young readers.
