Author Biography

Tom Mulder is an adjunct professor of English and Education and has taught students at elementary, middle, and high school, as well as college. He has volunteered at the Grand Rapids Public Museum for 10 years as a docent, tour guide, educator, and volunteer coordinator. He received the Grand Rapids Community College Excellence in Education Award and the John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Award from the League for Innovation. Luckily, he and his whole family now live in and near the fun and fascinating, artsy and musical, fresh and foodie, walkable and historical river city of Grand Rapids.
