The periodic table has been restructured around Carbon and atoms like Carbon such as Silicon - atoms that can either give up or take on their outer electrons equally. Using a quantum unit of my own design I state the theory of everything,"that the universe is composed of spinning permeable spherical gravitational units, g-units, with a diameter of a Planck length and the mass of an electron Volt, eV/c^2." I then go on to use that unit to construct both the photons and then the atoms. Many geometric constructions are given with focus on detail. Several sets of chemical structures then follow with a complete pyramidally shaped Gooch Periodic Wall Table given at the end of the book. Using the Gravitational Unit Theory Unified Field Theory, the standard unit length, the meter, is put to the test against the Pythagorean theorem. At the level of the Planck length, the present meter is shown to be an invalid unit length and a new meter is proposed that satisfies the Pythagorean theorem.
