Author Biography

The Brothers Grimm Jacob (1785-1863) and Wilhelm (1786-1859) Grimm were scholars and brothers, best known for gathering and publishing tales and legends that had been passed from generation to generation. These works became known as The Fairy Tales of the Brothers Grimm. Don Daily An alumnus of the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles, Don Daily is an honored member of the Society of Illustrators, as well as a certified member of the American Portrait Society. He has illustrated numerous books for children, including Courage Books editions of The Twelve Days of Christmas, The Velveteen Rabbit, and Aesop's Fables. He lives with his wife and two children in Pennsylvania.
