Author Biography


Joseph Kerman is Professor Emeritus of Music at the University of California at Berkeley. Scott Burnham, co-editor of Beethoven and His World and author of Beethoven Hero, a work the New York Review of Books praised for "its breathtaking ambition," is a Professor of Music at Princeton University.
