Program at the National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan (R. O. C.). Ying-Yu Chen, majored in International Business from her Ph. D. program, is an Associate Professor in the Bachelor Program of Management Science and Finance at the National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan (R. O. C.).
