Author Biography

Michael Cox is Professor and Assistant Chair of the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently Editor-in-chief of Critical Reviews in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, section editor for Biochemistry in the Encyclopedia of Life Sciences and co-authors of "Lehninger's Principles of Biochemistry".

George Phillips is Professor of Biochemistry and of Computer Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, section head of Biophysical Methods, Faculty of 1000 and section editor for Structural Biology in the Encyclopedia of Life Sciences.
