Summary

Editors who compete for Keith "Coop" Cooper's investigative reporting know he can be a pain in the ass, but this is over the top: refusing a Pulitzer Prize without a word, and slipping off to Buenos Aires—a place Coop has avoided ever since his parents died there in a freak accident when he was 16.

But Coop's vow to give up journalism soon goes out the window. In the BA apartment his parents left him, Coop finds notes his Times Bureau Chief father hid two days before his accident. They attribute the long unsolved break-in to Juan Perón's tomb and the theft of his hands to a sadistic Nazi cult… a secret vault with $500,000,000 in missing Nazi loot…and an imminent plot to launch a Fourth Reich with an invisible, unstoppable new weapon.

Suspecting his parents were murdered, Coop embarks on a deadly quest. Along the way he parries with death time after time from sadistic Nazis and makes a devastating discovery about his parents. With a heavy heart, he finally tracks down the fiends behind their grizzly plot. But is he too late?
