Sujian Guo is professor of political science and director of the Center for U.S.-China Policy Studies at San Francisco State University, editor-in-chief of the Journal of Chinese Political Science, editor of the Lexington Books' series Challenges Facing Chinese Political Development, and associate dean at Fudan Institute for Advanced Study in Social Sciences. Jean-Marc F. Blanchard is associate director of the Center for U.S.-China Policy Studies and associate professor in the Department of International Relations at San Francisco State University.
