Berlin-based architect and rapper Van Bo Le-Mentzel is the founder of the popular Hartz IV Moebel initiative and website, whose rallying cry is "Build more! Buy less!" Hartz IV Möbel was born when Le-Mentzel registered for a weekend woodwork class.
