Samantha (Sam) tiene un trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo que le hace meterse en espirales de pensamientos de los que le resulta muy difícil salir. No obstante, gracias a su psiquiatra y a una nueva amiga que hace en su instituto, Caroline, logra controlar esas emociones dañinas. Pero su vida se desmorona de nuevo cuando descubre que es imposible que Caroline haya estado en contacto con ella.

Samantha (Sam) has an obsessive-compulsive disorder that makes her get into spirals of thoughts that it is very hard to leave. However, thanks to her psychiatrist and a new friend she got at her school, Caroline, is able to control these harmful emotions. But her life falls apart when she discovers again that it is impossible that Caroline has contacted her.
