Author Biography

Alyssa Zander is a shadow and light worker, wisdom keeper, and alchemist. Alyssa uses her content, in-person events, and virtual offerings to teach others how to move past feelings of "not enough" and take radical personal responsibility for oneself. Her mission is to heal the mother wound, which handles pain from isolation, judgment, shame, over-giving, self-sacrificing, and comparison. Alyssa passionately walks alongside her community on their journeys, celebrating them as they reclaim their voice, light, and sovereignty.
