How do I track my order shipment?

You can track your order yourself by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your My Account page

2. Select "My Orders"

3. Select your order number. The tracking number(s) for your order should appear under the Item Description.

If your item hasn't shipped please note the following information:

Because of the large variety of books we offer, we cannot always keep every book in stock. Each item on our web site has a listed availability time. The availability of an item will help you estimate how long it will take before your item ships from our distribution center.

"In Stock Usually Ships in 24 Hours." are items which will take 24 business hours to process before they can leave our facility. When an item is listed with a "Usually Ships in..." availability followed by a time frame beyond 24 hours (i.e. 2-3 business days, 3-4 business days), this means that we do not currently have this item in stock, and must order the item from a publisher or a distributor.

Generally we are able to receive these books in the time frame listed on our website. However, please keep in mind that these are estimates based off of recent shipping history from this publisher or distributor. On occasion, orders may be delayed because of a change in availability after the item is ordered.
