God showed me how my determination to do things MY way left Him out of the equation altogether. This led to a coma I was enduring and to the hospital bed from which God showed me my mistakes, especially my mistakes in regard to Tracy. What through God's eyes was only an illusion, I saw as love. No matter what happened between Tracy and me, I thought at the time I loved him. Even to this day I have no hatred toward him. With God's help I saw that Tracy was really a man whose misery was indescribable and he thought money would allow him to have things that would make him happy. I learned that things cannot make you happy, and if we allow them to cloud our minds, there can be gruesome consequences. God owns all things, and he will provide the joys that life has to offer. From my coma I learned so much. I suppose I could be called a Bible-hugging, Jesus-loving, hymn-singing soul. I was; I wandered, and I came back. There is no peace of mind, body, soul, or heart without that relationship. In my feeling of darkness, with no direction, I kept turning to Tracy. For that mistake I paid the consequences.
