Author Biography

Until his retirement Michael Green was Inspector of Ancient Monuments and Buildings for English Heritage. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London. He lives in Northside Clapham Common.
