Author Biography

Rose Jackson-Beavers, Chief Executive Officer of Prioritybooks Publications grew up in East St. Louis, Illinois and received her Bachelor and Master degrees from Illinois State and Southern Illinois Universities. She is a veteran social services executive and adult educator. She has written several other publications, including A Hole in My Heart, a novel she co-authored with Edward Booker. The East St. Louis native also works as a freelance journalist. Rose is the owner of Prioritybooks Publications. This is a full service publishing company for first time authors. She currently lives in Florissant, Missouri, with her husband and daughter.Edward Booker is a sixteen-year-old student. He is active in his church. He enjoys playing basketball, working on his computer and hanging out with friends. Edward is an avid reader and loves to write poetry. He lives in East St. Louis, Illinois with his family.
