Edward Idris Cardinal Cassidy is an Australian prelate who was serving as president of the Vatican Commission for Religious Relations With the Jews at the time of his statement Rabbi Leon Klenicki is a very well-known and prolific writer on issues of interreligious dialogue and serves as the director of interreligious affairs for the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith Professor Avery Dulles, S.J., holds the Laurence J. McGinley chair at Fordham University in the Bronx. A Jesuit theologian who is equally well known, he has written numerous books and articles on nearly every aspect of Catholic theology
