Author Biography

Much-loved TV personality, actress and cook Nadia Sawalha has had an extensive career in broadcast for the past 23 years. She has been a firm favourite on ITV's Loose Women for 11 years, co-hosted numerous top rating shows and had her very own cooking show on ITV titled 'Nadia's Family Feasts'.
In 2017 Nadia launched her YouTube channel, The Sawalha-Adderleys, which opened the door on her home life for the very first time to fans across the nation. Following her huge success on mainstream camera, it was no surprise that Nadia's audience flocked to see an insight into her family life, and the online presence went from strength to strength, amassing over 98,000 subscribers to date.
Alongside her husband Mark, a producer/documentary film maker for some of the UK's major channels and former media correspondent for the Evening Standard, together they have taken the online world by storm. From parenting, cooking features, film reviews and pop culture discussions, Nadia Sawalha and family really are a content hub from ages 13 - 80 years.
