Author Biography

Arnim Langer is Lecturer in International Relations are Director of the Centre for Research on Peace and Development at the University of Leuven, Belgium. Frances Stewart is Emeritus Professor of Development Economics and Director of the Centre for Research on Inequality, Human Security and Ethnicity at the University of Oxford UK. Rajesh Venugopal is Lecturer in Development studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
