Summary

HOUSES OF THE HOLY: A Nightmare Web of Hate, Crime, Corruption and Child Abuse is the true story they never wanted you to hear of one man’ s battle for truth— and the price he paid. When Mark Harris, a decorated former Air Force Special Operations pilot, filed a routine restraining order to protect his two young sons, he had no idea he was stepping into a nightmare. That single act set off a chain reaction that exposed a hidden criminal empire— an alliance of white supremacists, rogue military operatives, mob families, corrupt officials, government informants, and religious extremists. His fight for his children becomes a war against the darkest forces in America. What Harris uncovered was almost too horrifying to believe: a real-world intersection of child trafficking, kidnapping, blackmail, extortion, bribery, money laundering, ritual abuse, drugs, murder, and political corruption— all masked by patriotism, piety, and power, and a real-world “ X marks the spot” site drenched in symbolism, where white supremacy, religion, and organized crime intersect and where a morbid trophy was heavily guarded: the alleged JFK assassination rifle. And possibly most disturbing, missing foster children, victims of a network of predators cloaked in flags, Bibles, and badges. As he fought through rigged courts, institutional betrayal, and the weaponization of law enforcement, clergy and child protective services, Harris became the target of the very system meant to protect the innocent. His gifted autistic son — blessed with a photographic memory — became both a threat and a target in a conspiracy that reached the highest levels of power.
