Author Biography

STEVE KEMPSTER is Head of the School of Business and Enterprise at Cumbria University, UK. Previously Steve was at Lancaster University Management School where he was Director of the Management Development and Project Management Divisions, Director of the Lancaster Leadership Centre and Director of the Full-time MBA. Recently Steve was Executive Director of the Northern Leadership Academy.
