Author Biography

CARL ANDERSON is the Lead Staff Developer at the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project, Columbia University, and a nationally recognized education consultant. As a national consultant, Anderson works with schools, districts and educational organizations around the country on writing curriculum and launching the writers' workshop. Anderson taught for eight years in the Bronx, New York, Bardstown, Kentucky and Northbrook, Illinois in grades five to eight.
