Author Biography

He is currently a professor of educational leadership at Saginaw Valley State University, Michigan. Madeleine S. Doran has served as a teacher, systems analyst, consultant, assistant director and director of personnel, and school board labor negotiator. She is currently an associate professor in Barry University's graduate human resource development program.
