Summary

Since its publication in 1991, the Human Cross-Sectional Anatomy atlas has established itself world-wide as a high quality source of anatomical information for radiologists, radiographers, anatomists and medical students.The second edition of this book differs from the first in that it contains both MRI and CT scans, rather than MRI scans only, and new body sections have been cut to allow comparison. It is also in a new format to make it more able to withstand the rigours of constant use next to the CT or MRI machine.Over 70 new illustrations complement this thoroughly updated text. For this edition, a new page layout will provide much easier use of the information and more information per page than in the first edition.
