Summary

Based on decades of research and expertise in the "psychology of technology", Dr. Larry Rosen offers clear, down-to-earth explanations iDisorder...of what is happening to us, why it is so difficult to combat, and why we must confront this now before we are swept away with an overwhelming feeling of stress. In the same way that he helped parents and educators wrestle with these issues, Rosen offers solid, proven strategies to help us overcome the idisorder we all feel in our lives while still making use of all that technology offers. Our world is not going to change and technology is only going to continue to penetrate society in months rather than decades leaving us little chance to react and assimilate a constantly evolving e-life. Dr. Rosen will teach you how to stay human in an increasingly technological world.
