Author Biography

Timothy Noad holds a degree in Calligraphy, Heraldry, and Illumination, and is a Fellow of the Society of Scribes and Illuminators in London. He works at Britain's Royal College of Arms, and has produced works for Queen Elizabeth II, Margaret Thatcher, and other distinguished clients Patricia Seligman's previous books include Painting Murals, several books in the Step-by-Step Art School technique series, and a study of Pissarro's painting techniques. She is a graduate of London University
