Author Biography

In addition to the three degrees he earned at Rutgers University Bernard Singer, Ed.D. has a lifetime of experience, coupled with sixty years of research into all aspects of nutrition, healthcare and longevity. At age 93 he is teaching Tai Chi regularly, engaging in sports, dancing, singing, swimming and leading a full, vibrant life. His practical, straight forward approach to a holistic lifestyle combines nutrition, exercise, spirituality, and maintaining a positive state of mind on a daily basis that enables anyone to live not only a longer, but also a fuller and more rewarding life.
