C.W. "Al" Allen is an internationally known financial strategist, lecturer, author and founder of Sage International, Inc. In 1999 he received the Congressional Medal of Merit and in 2000 the Congressional Medal of Honor from the Republican Congressional Committee. Hill, aka "Wealth Protection Diva" is President/CEO of Sage International, Inc.
