Author Biography

Dr Jonas Hoffmann is Professor of Luxury Strategy at SKEMA Business School. An expert in emerging markets, he consults and give executive training regularly in Europe, China, the United States and Brazil. He is a regular keynote speaker at international luxury summits in Europe and China and has published with Palgrave the books Global Luxury Trends, Luxury Strategy in Action and Sustainable Innovation Strategy.

Laurent Lecamp is the co-founder of successful luxury companies in the watch making/accessories industry which have been awarded for creativity, design and innovation. He was one of the very youngest CEOs in the Swiss Watchmaking Industry with the CYRUS brand. He is an influential advocate for independent luxury players. As a reflective practitioner, he publishes his unique insights on the evolution of the luxury industry in a number of influential outlets in Europe, Russia, Asia and Middle-East. He is a regular speaker at SKEMA Business School and at the EDHEC. He is now Executive Vice President Sales by Carl F. BUCHERER, one of the very few Swiss independent watch brands still belonging to the same family since its creation (1888).
